2. PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours, packaging and other minor details may appear differently depending on your device or may vary between product releases.
Where a product contains randomly selected items, such as a mystery box or sealed Pokémon TCG product, the exact contents may vary unless particular contents are expressly guaranteed on the product page.
Any guaranteed rarity, quantity, product type or other guaranteed contents will be stated on the relevant product page.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a mystery or randomised product does not guarantee a particular Pokémon, card, artwork, monetary value or specific pull.
3. AUTHENTICITY
We aim to supply authentic Pokémon TCG products and accurately describe the products offered through our store.
PullPoint is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of our website.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Please make sure the information you provide when ordering, including your email and delivery address, is complete and accurate.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website at the time of purchase.
The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Because mystery boxes contain randomised products, dissatisfaction with the particular cards or products received does not by itself mean that an item is faulty or not as described, provided the product meets the description and any guarantees stated on its product page.

8. MYSTERY BOXES AND RANDOM PRODUCTS
PullPoint mystery boxes are designed to provide a selection of Pokémon TCG products. Contents may differ between boxes.
Where we advertise guaranteed contents or rarity levels, those guarantees relate only to what is expressly stated on the relevant product page.
The market value of individual trading cards and Pokémon TCG products can change over time and may vary between marketplaces. We do not guarantee that the resale or market value of the contents will equal or exceed the purchase price unless we expressly state such a guarantee on the product page.
9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a refund or another solution agreed with you.
We may limit the quantity of certain products that can be purchased by an individual customer where reasonably necessary.
